WHAT IS LIFE CARE PLANNING?
Life Care Planning is part of Elder Care that fulfills the special needs that are specific to senior citizens. Some of the specific elder care services that go into Life Care Planning are assisted living, adult day care, nursing homes, in-home care and hospice. Life Care Planning also can include referrals for activities of daily living and medical and health care needs. It focuses on helping our loved ones age with dignity whether in the home or in the community. As part of helping our families plan for the future of their loved ones,we develop a life care continuum which is a map and timeline that navigates the legal, financial, health, housing and estate administration issues.
